Why join Infix?
Infix exists to make healthcare scheduling simpler, smarter, and more human. Our platform helps NHS teams reduce waiting lists, improve productivity, and make life easier for staff and patients.
We’re a fully remote, values-led startup, and our culture reflects what we believe in:
- We listen to our customers, to each other, and to the challenges of the healthcare system.
- We challenge assumptions, complexity, and the status quo so we can build better solutions.
- We keep it simple in how we work, communicate, and design our products.
- We get it done with pace, ownership, and a genuine team-first mindset.
Joining us means real impact, autonomy, and the chance to shape how digital transformation lands across healthcare partners. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex stakeholder environments, loves bringing structure to ambiguity, and is energised by delivering meaningful change.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager leads complex, multi-site implementations of Infix across the NHS and private healthcare partners. You will steer delivery from mobilisation to go-live, champion change and adoption, and build trusted relationships with clinical and operational leaders.
You’ll also play a key part in improving our delivery frameworks, building capability in the team, and helping evolve how Infix scales nationally.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Own day-to-day delivery across clinical, operational and technical stakeholders.
- Manage plans, risks, timelines and dependencies with clarity and accountability.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring actions are delivered at pace.
2. Senior stakeholder engagement & strategic planning
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client counterparts and leaders.
- Develop delivery and change plans aligned to client priorities.
- Provide proactive, transparent updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
3. Change management & adoption leadership
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement, and tailored communication.
- Champion user adoption, ensuring changes are understood, supported and embedded.
- Produce simple, user-friendly materials that support behaviour change.
4. Operational readiness & go-live
- Oversee readiness assessments, testing and access setup.
- Deliver a smooth and well-supported go-live.
- Coordinate structured early life support and handover to Customer Success.
5. Performance, evaluation & improvement
- Lead lessons-learned reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Share insights with Product and Data to shape future enhancements.
- Share knowledge openly to build capability and consistency across the team.
- Promote collaboration, simplicity, and learning in everything you do.
- Provide delivery insight to commercial proposals and strategic discussions.
- Ensure client outcomes are captured and fed back into product and service development.
