Infix has been selected as one of 12 UK based healthtech companies to join a Middle East Accelerator, run by the UK’s leading association for health technology, ABHI.
The Accelerator is a 12 month programme, showcasing the best of UK healthtech businesses, to build relationships with local decision makers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and beyond.
As part of the programme, we’ve just returned from our first trade mission – a week in Riyadh. It was jam-packed with introductions, discussions and networking with national stakeholders, hospital groups and other healthcare organisations, including The Health Holding Company, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Investment, Ascend Solutions, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, Dallah Health and King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, and more.
Everywhere we went, we were impressed to see that Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 is well and truly in action, and is motivating the healthcare sector around a set of ambitious goals to establish Saudi Arabia as a global leader – and exciting for us to see a clear fit with Infix solutions to healthcare delivery challenges in the region, some very familiar and some new.
We’ll be returning to Saudi in October this year to attend the Global Health Exhibition in Riyadh, before moving on to the Red Sea city of Jeddah, where we’re looking forward developing relationships and exploring more of the market.
